Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CrewProof website and software services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. CrewProof is operated by CrewProof Software Inc., a Delaware Corporation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service & Beta Usage

CrewProof provides workforce management tools for commercial cleaning businesses. You acknowledge that parts of the Service may be in "Beta" or "Early Access" mode. These features may contain bugs or errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payment and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions: Service is billed on a monthly basis.
  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital SaaS products, we do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your account at any time via the dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

READ THIS CAREFULLY

In no event shall CrewProof Software Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

Translation: If your employee forgets to clock out or the GPS drifts and you have a dispute with your client, we are not financially responsible for your lost contract. The software is a tool, not an insurance policy.

6. Support Policy

Technical support is provided exclusively through email and in-app chat mechanisms to ensure accurate record-keeping and translation accuracy. We do not provide telephone support.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
