Reading the dashboard: what to look at first

2 min read · Last updated August 5, 2026

By the end of this page, you’ll know exactly where to look every morning to see how the day is going.

Owner Admin panel — Dashboard

What’s on the dashboard

The dashboard is titled Operational Overview. At the top, Start Schedule Jobs opens the setup wizard covered in Quick start — you’ll use this far less often once your schedules exist.

Below it is your Jobs list, with four tabs: All, Pending, In Progress, Completed. Use the date bar (Previous / Today / Next) to move between days — it defaults to today.

Each row shows: Time, Site, Client, Cleaner, and Status, with a Details button to open the full job.

A simple daily routine

  1. Open the dashboard and leave it on Today.
  2. Check the Pending tab a few minutes after each shift’s start time — anyone still there hasn’t clocked in yet.
  3. Check In Progress to see who’s currently on site.
  4. At the end of the day, check Completed and open a few jobs’ Details to spot-check the photos.

Note

There’s no separate “missed” or “late arrival” alert today — a job that nobody starts simply stays in Pending. Checking the Pending tab against the clock is currently the way to catch a no-show. See Job statuses explained.
