Before you start

Turn on Location Services / GPS on your phone before opening the app. If it’s off, you’ll see:

GPS Required — “Please enable GPS/Location Services on your device to view your assigned jobs.”

with buttons Cancel, Open Settings, and Retry.

Steps

1. Open the app to see your job list — each job shows the site name, the checklist, and the scheduled time.
2. Stand at the site itself, not the parking lot or the street.
3. Tap the job you’re there to do.
4. Confirm “Ready to start cleaning at [site name]?” by tapping Start Job.

The job status changes to TAP TO FINISH, meaning you’ve clocked in.

If something goes wrong

• “Cannot Start Job” with a distance shown — you’re outside the site’s detection circle. The alert tells you how far away you are and how close you need to be. Walk closer and try again.
• The job still won’t start after moving closer — the site’s location may not be set up correctly. Contact your manager — see Sites and the geofence.
