Logging in (org code + phone + PIN)

By the end of this page, you’ll be logged into the CrewProof app and looking at your job list.

Steps

1. Open the CrewProof app.
2. Enter your Company Code (e.g. MAR-8821).
3. Enter your Phone Number.
4. Enter your 4-digit Access PIN.
5. Tap START SHIFT.

If something goes wrong

• “Please enter your Company Code” / Phone Number / Access PIN” — you left a field empty. Fill it in and try again.
• “PIN must be 4 digits” — your PIN is exactly 4 numbers, nothing else.
• “Invalid credentials” — your Company Code, phone number, or PIN don’t match. Double-check all three with your manager.
• “Organization is not active” — your employer’s CrewProof account isn’t active. Contact your manager.
• “User account is inactive” — your account has been turned off. Contact your manager.
